AddBizz.com is an online networking service for professionals designed to provide an easy way for our members to network with each other to establish mutually beneficial business relationships. To accomplish this, our members create their own unique profiles, which do not reveal their full real names or their contact information. AddBizz.com is owned and operated by AddBizz LLC.

We are a membership-based service. We collect credit card or bank information only from those who choose to join. All visitors to our site may browse, search the member profiles and view any articles or features our site has to offer without entering any personal information.

There are two types of user-submitted information we collect: Public and Private.

PUBLIC INFORMATION:
We define Public information as personal information that may be displayed on the site, included but not limited to the information users post in their profiles. Public information is meant to be seen by members and visitors to the site but cannot be used to identify a specific member by name, address, etc.

PRIVATE INFORMATION:
Private information is defined as any information that allows others to contact a user other than through the AddBizz.com web site. When members email each other through the AddBizz.com web site member's private email addresses are not disclosed. Private information includes, but is not limited to: email address, first name, last name, credit card number or checking account information for payment, a user-specified password, mailing address, zip code and telephone number. AddBizz LLC, does not sell, rent, share, trade, lease or give away its customer lists containing private information to third parties unless you specifically authorize us to do so, except to the billing service used by AddBizz LLC and the AddBizz.com web site, the financial institution that processes your credit card or check transaction and unless required by law or for the protection of your membership or as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy.

AGGREGATE INFORMATION:
Aggregate information is not directly submitted by users to AddBizz.com. This is information we collect that is not personally identifiable, such as browser type and IP address. This information is gathered for all users to the site. We use your server, IP address, and browser-type related information in the general administration of our website.

AddBizz LLC, may provide to third parties aggregated information about the user that is disclosed by the user in connection with the use of the site and information about the user's use of the site. Except as otherwise stated in this privacy policy or with the approval by or on behalf of the user or as required by law, AddBizz LLC, will not disclose the user's name, email or mailing address, or telephone or facsimile number. AddBizz LLC, will not review, change, edit or disclose communications to or from the user in connection with the use of the site, except: (A) in the event of a breach of user's agreement with AddBizz LLC; (B) as required by law; (C) in connection with claims that the rights of third parties have been violated; (D) to protect the rights of AddBizz LLC , (E) or as otherwise set forth herein.

Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data by posting this information in your profile on the AddBizz.com web site or by emailing it to other AddBizz.com members, this information may be collected and used by others. Note: AddBizz LLC, does not read any of your private online communications. Your e-mails to other members are completely confidential. 

AddBizz LLC may send you a welcome letter or email explaining the features provided by the service. AddBizz LLC may also send periodic member letters to announce important service changes, new features, technical issue updates and news about other AddBizz LLC products and services. AddBizz LLC may also contact you via surveys or contests to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Survey information collected will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.

AddBizz LLC may, from time to time, also contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party. The AddBizz.com web site out sources its billing to a third party billing service. This billing service uses SSL encryption technology (the Internet standard for secure transactions) to protect your credit card and account information. This billing service is prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to AddBizz LLC or as otherwise set forth in its Privacy Statement and is required to maintain the confidentiality of your information in accordance with its Privacy Statement. AddBizz LLC, and all its personnel including but not limited to it's shareholders, officers, directors, employees, agents, consultants and third parties is not responsible for the actions of this billing service, including any violation of its Privacy Agreement with AddBizz LLC, or members of the AddBizz.com web site.

Use of Cookies:
AddBizz.com uses "cookies" to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. We do not and will not use cookies to collect private information from any user. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. One of the primary purposes of cookies is to tell the Web server that you have returned to a specific page. Cookies are used on the AddBizz.com web site to control access to the member's area.
